We understand that mistakes can sometimes happen during the top-up process and our team always does what it can to rectify such issues.

When it comes to wrong number top-ups, our options are very limited. As soon as a transaction is completed, credit is applied by the operator to the listed number, which means we cannot retrieve the credit amount.

So we are unable to reverse top-ups, or refund credit that was sent to a wrong number.

This means unfortunately, there is a NO REFUNDS policy on top up transactions that have been completed and successfully confirmed with the operator.

You must make sure to double check the phone number and amount before completing your transactions.
